At Forever Flowering, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical purchase. If your everlasting arrangement doesn't perfectly complement your home, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring delicate stems and petals are secured to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned arrangement, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
